You can view it as a reference to the fact that songs like “Geronimo” are infectious enough to convince the deceased to crawl out of their graves; or, better yet, don’t analyze it at all and let the twelve extremely diverse and dynamic songs on Raise The Dead wash over you and reaffirm why Phantom Planet are one of today’s most exciting rock n’ roll bands.
